With extensive experience across all ages, breeds, and skill levels, we tailor every session to the unique needs and abilities of the dog-and-handler team in front of us. Our Facilities
Our home-based training environment is equipped with everything we need to provide the best possible experience for dogs and a sense of security for their owners. From spacious play areas to private kennel space to play yards, we've got everything covered. Safety is truly key at PANDO facility and having peace of mind for both owner and trainers is a must.

Meet Our expert Trainer, Tiffany Pando
Her bond and promise
Tiffany's early experiences and the profound bond she formed with dogs during a challenging childhood have played a pivotal role in shaping her unique approach to dog training. Her personal journey provides insights into her training methods and the foundation on which they are built. Growing up in orphanages, group homes, and foster families, Tiffany's childhood was marked by uncertainty and a lack of traditional family structures. Her ability to adapt and find solace and security in her bond with dogs speaks to her resilience and determination. Tiffany's extensive experience in dog training, spanning over two decades, demonstrates her commitment to mastering her craft and providing the best possible training for dogs and their owners. Tiffany's work with all breeds and temperaments, including dogs with various challenges like high energy, high anxiety, impulsive reactivity, and aggression, reflects her versatility and willingness to help all dogs, regardless of their behavioral issues.
Her Passion
The love and bond Tiffany developed with dogs became a source of belonging and security. This emotional connection fueled her passion for working with dogs and her desire to offer them structure, trust, and respect. Tiffany's early exposure to dogs enabled her to develop a deep understanding of canine body language, vocalizations, and non-verbal communication. This skill is invaluable in her role as a dog trainer. The foundation of trust and respect she established with her dogs has become the cornerstone of her training methods. Dogs respond positively to her gentle and consistent approach. Tiffany's approach to training emphasizes structure and consistency, providing dogs with a clear framework for learning and behavior modification.

Tiffany's work with rescues and her role as a canine behavior modification specialist is truly remarkable. Her dedication to helping dogs with misunderstood behavior concerns and providing them with a second chance is both commendable and heartwarming. Tiffany's role as the "last fighting hope" for dogs with misunderstood behavior concerns showcases her unwavering commitment to the welfare of these animals. Many of these dogs might otherwise face bleak prospects, but her expertise and dedication offer them a lifeline. Tiffany's efforts, expertise, and commitment to rehabilitating these dogs are essential in helping them find loving homes. Her work goes beyond training; it involves understanding the unique needs of each dog and addressing their specific behavioral challenges.
With her personal passion for education and training she has a training mythology and a charming follower of Dr. Ian Dunbar, world-renowned veterinarian, animal behaviorist, and founder of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and The Dunbar Academy, member and trainer with the ADI establishing all Standards that benchmarks to measure excellence in the assistance dog industry. Assistance dog and safety to their dogs so everything related to the training of both the dogs and people.
