Therapy and Facilty Start Up Board and train $2500- $3500

Board and Train

Our Canine Board-and-Train Program is far more than a training service — it is a deep commitment to excellence, empowerment, and purposeful development. Pricing varies to reflect the individual starting point of each dog, taking into consideration:

  • Current level of obedience and comprehension

  • Handler engagement and previous training exposure

  • Ability to maintain focus and composure under stimulation

  • Behavioral challenges or specific skill requirements

Every dog enters this program with a different foundation — some may be refining basic obedience, while others require focused behavior modification or advanced task work. Our pricing structure reflects the time, expertise, and resources needed to take each dog from where they are to where they need to be to fulfill their role as therapy or service partners.

Whether you are a professional seeking a highly capable canine teammate, or a dedicated owner ready to embark on a transformative journey, our program provides the pathway to success. Join us in unlocking your dog's full potential — preparing them to serve with clarity, confidence, and skill in the world ahead.

  • Customized Training Plans: Tailored to the unique needs of each dog, focusing on areas such as public access manners, task training specific to the handler's needs, and advanced obedience.
  • ADA Compliance: Rigorous adherence to the standards set by the ADA, ensuring each graduate is fully equipped to serve as a legally recognized service or therapy dog.
  • Expert Instructor: Our team of professional trainers brings a wealth of experience in canine behavior, psychology, and specialized service dog training techniques.
  • Comprehensive Support: Beyond training, we offer guidance on ADA laws, certification processes, and ongoing support to ensure graduates and their handlers thrive together in any environment.

Tiffany's approach is grounded in a profound understanding of the change narrative, ensuring every dog’s journey is one of profound growth and learning.

A Structured, Safe Haven: Our training facility is designed to offer a controlled, structured environment. Each dog is given personal space, with individual crating and kenneling, to foster focus and security throughout their training. This separation from familiar environments is pivotal in effectively addressing and rectifying behavioral concerns, ensuring safety and peace for all.

Customized Training Plans: Spearheaded by our master trainer, each dog benefits from a bespoke training plan. Tailored to address specific needs and challenges, these plans incorporate a variety of techniques including desensitization, counterconditioning, and positive reinforcement, ensuring a well-rounded and effective training regimen.

Consistency and Mastery Through Repetition: Our training philosophy is built on the pillars of consistency and repetition. This approach solidifies newly learned behaviors, gradually replacing undesired actions with preferred responses, ensuring lasting change.

Controlled Socialization: For dogs needing to improve their social skills, we integrate controlled, gradual socialization with other dogs and people, enhancing their adaptability and ease in various social situations.

Inclusive Owner Participation: We passionately encourage owner involvement during the training process. This inclusion is vital, offering hands-on learning to ensure a seamless transition of training techniques from our home to yours.

Ongoing Support and Community: Post-training, PANDO Training remains a steadfast resource, providing follow-up support to reinforce and maintain the positive behaviors learned. Additionally, we offer group sessions for a full year following the program, fostering a community of support and continuous learning.

Embark on a journey with PANDO Training, where we don’t just train dogs; we transform them into confident, well-behaved companions ready to serve and support, mirroring the dedication and love they receive from us and their families.

What Is a Therapy Dog?

What Is a Facility Dog?

What Is a Facility Dog?

Therapy dogs are friendly, well-trained pets that visit hospitals, schools, nursing homes, and other facilities to provide comfort and emotional support. They must be calm, sociable, and obedient, with no public access rights outside scheduled visits. Handlers (often the dog's owner) accompany them and facilitate interactions.

What Is a Facility Dog?

Facility dogs are professionally trained working dogs placed full-time in a specific location (e.g., hospital, school, courthouse) to support staff and clients. Unlike therapy dogs, they perform skilled tasks (similar to service dogs) under a professional handler's direction. They work daily, providing therapeutic interventions like deep pressure therapy or retrieving items.

Why Choose Pando Dog Training

How it works

At Pando Dog Training, each program begins with a comprehensive two-hour temperament evaluation and consultation. This initial assessment is essential for clearly defining training objectives and crafting a customized strategy based on your dog’s individual needs.

Once a tailored plan has been agreed upon, we invite your dog to enter our immersive training experience by joining the trainer’s residence — ideally arriving on a Sunday to settle in before the training week begins. From Monday through Friday, your dog will participate in a structured program consisting of 4 to 6 hours of intensive daily training, focused on skill-building, stimulation, and hands-on behavioral shaping. Conducted within a home-based environment alongside other canine trainees, this approach delivers both comfort and consistent learning opportunities.

Each weekend, we welcome owners to join a guided group training session, giving you and your family the opportunity to practice techniques, build confidence, and strengthen your bond under professional supervision. Following this session, dogs remain overnight with the trainer to maintain consistency and readiness for continued training the following week, when applicable.

This holistic format is designed to achieve meaningful behavioral change while nurturing the relationship between dog and owner.
Welcome to Pando Dog Training — where elite, individualized programs are designed to cultivate well-balanced, confident, and harmonious companions.
